Contact details you give us: when you sign up for our text list, submit an inquiry, request a private event, RSVP to an event, or check out, we collect the name, phone number and/or email address you provide.

Order and payment details: when you check out, payment is processed by Square. We never see or store your full card number — card data is handled entirely by Square. We retain your order details (items, amounts, contact information, payment status) to complete and support your purchase.

Messages you send us: texts you send or receive from our business number, and messages submitted through our forms, are retained so we can respond to you and keep a record of your requests.

Usage information: like most websites, we receive standard technical information (browser type, pages viewed) when you visit.

Your consent. We only send promotional text messages to customers who have explicitly agreed to receive them — for example by checking the consent box on our signup page. Your consent record (what you agreed to, when, and how you signed up) is stored with your profile.

What you'll receive. New arrivals, events, sales and special offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping messages. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; you'll receive a brief confirmation. Reply HELP for help. We also honor opt-out requests made in person, by phone or by email.

Your privacy in texts. Every campaign message is sent to you individually. We never send group texts, and we never share, display or sell our customers' phone numbers. Your number is never shown to other customers.

Not required to purchase. Signing up for texts is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.

We use your information to fulfill orders, answer your questions, send the messages and announcements you've agreed to receive, plan private events, and understand what our customers love so we can curate better. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate: Square (payments), our text-messaging provider (delivery of your messages), and our website hosting and database provider (operation of this site). These providers process information only on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.

You can opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP. You can ask us to correct or delete your contact information, or ask what we have on file for you, by emailing hello@josupscaleresale.com or stopping by the shop.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including records of your consent and opt-outs (which we retain to honor your choices). We use access controls, encryption in transit and server-side credential storage to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Our text list and marketing are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
