Everything we sell is curated, previously owned and one of a kind. Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and inventory is not reserved until a purchase is completed. While we take care to photograph and describe every piece accurately, some gentle wear consistent with pre-owned items should be expected. All sales are final unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Because our pieces are unique, an item may sell between your last visit and checkout. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we'll contact you promptly and refund any payment you've made for it.

Online checkout is processed securely by Square. We never receive or store your full card number. By placing an order you confirm the details you provided are accurate and authorize the payment. Orders may be declined or canceled if we suspect fraud or errors.

Requesting a private event date or RSVPing to an event does not confirm or guarantee a reservation. Dates are subject to availability and are confirmed by us directly. Where applicable, private events are subject to the terms provided when your date is confirmed.

By joining our text list you agree to receive recurring promotional messages about new arrivals, events, sales and special offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not required to purchase. We send campaign texts individually to each consenting customer — never as group texts.

The content, photography and design of this site belong to Jo's Upscale Resale and may not be copied or reused without permission. Please don't misuse the site — no attempts to disrupt, scrape or gain unauthorized access. Product photos represent the actual item listed; slight differences in color or screen rendering may occur.

Our site is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, we don't warrant that the site will always be available or error-free, and pre-owned items are sold as described above.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jo's Upscale Resale is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Oakland County, Michigan.

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page.
